The mortgage to be refinanced must already be FHA insured.

  1. The mortgage to be refinanced should be current (not delinquent).

  3. No minimum FICO score.

  4. No cash may be taken out on mortgages refinanced using the streamline refinance process.

  5. Manufactured homes are eligible.
